Fire crews have tackled another blaze at Wanstead Flats following last weeks fire, which were described as the biggest ever in the capital.
25 firefighters came to the scene off Bush Road last night.
Around two acres of scrub and woodland were alight.
A spokesperson for the London Fire Brigade said: “[We] were called at 1647 and the fire was under control by 1756 although crews were there for a further hour damping the area down.
“Fire crews from Leytonstone, Homerton, Leyton and Stratford fire stations were at the scene.”
